Sales Associate - Order Desk

*JOB DESCRIPTION: 
The successful candidate will provide inside customer support, daily business reports, handling incoming calls, order entry, and other miscellaneous administrative duties. 

 

*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Order entry, shipment follow up & filing
- Update Customer Inventory & Purchase Data
- Prepare Daily Inventory, back order and Invoice reports
- Prepare Weekly channel inventory and Forecast reports
- Apply Monthly Customer Promotion Programs
- Consolidate and distribute Monthly Customer Price Lists.
- Support Sales Managers and Customers on business related

- Other tasks to be assigned as necessary

 

*REQUIREMENTS

Must be organized and detail oriented.

Fluent in English (both oral and written)

Excellent communication skills,

Strong MS office software skill (Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point).

 

Minimum Education/Experience Required:
Minimum Associate degree, Bachelor degree preferred

Significant experience in customer service and sales is a plus but not required

Salary: Based on experience
