RESPONSIBILITIES:Planning, Analysis, and implementation of strategic plansSales management, Customer relationship management, Value property development, Price managementDevelopment of strategic marketing plans, product management marketing/channel managementStage gate NPD

BACKGROUND:BS Degree required (Engineering preferred) MBA preferredExperience in sales and marketing of controls (ABB, Siemens, Danaher, etc. highly desirable)Hire, develop and motivate sales team, customer service and marketing personnel.Ability to think & act strategically to accomplish goals.
