Responsibilities

 

A successful candidate will be self-reliant, system savvy, with attention to detail, excellent communication and project management skills.This position is to ensure US Sales Representative sales commissions are paid on a timely mannerResponsible for 18 Sales Representatives: Prepare, review and process commissions under tight deadlinesResearch and analyze disputes and discrepancies reported by the Sales RepresentativeCollect and archive all signed Sales Representative Agreements and documents for audit and legal purposesWork closely with Sales team, Sales Operations and Legal on new rep hire, transfer and terminationWork closely with auditors in regards to company’s audits and SOX complianceWork with Finance to prepare monthly/yearly commission accrualWork with Sales, Product line and Finance to Forecast Sales Representative commissionsPrepare weekly bookings, backlog and shipment reportsInvolve and assist in special projectsLead continuous on-going process/procedure improvementsResponsible for Customer Master Maintenance in SAPCollect and maintain customer information database in CRM applicationProvide Sales application training and support to the worldwide users, including Sales, Product line and External partnersCross trained in all aspects of the Sales Operations groupInteract with other Sales and Finance enterprise-class systems including SAP and CognosResponsible for data maintenance and administration related to key reporting tables (Parent ID, Territory codes, POS customer listings, Customer Part Number table)Interface cross functional and geographically with all levels of management 

Requirements

 Undergraduate degree in Finance, Sales and Marketing, Business or related disciplineIdeal candidate has 2-3 years of commissions experienceMinimum 2-3 years experience (prefer high tech company) in similar roleAdvanced MS Excel skillsProficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Windows and WordPossess a professional and cooperative attitudeGood working knowledge of SAP and data managementExcellent communication skills (written and oral)Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to meet deadlines, follow-through on details, provide input and feedback to the team
