Sales Operations Manager- CE

LG Electronics USA, Inc. is currently seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our Consumer Electronics Division and support the Sales Management Team. This position will be based in our corporate headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.

 

Responsibilities: 

· Provides analytical and specialized reporting support to relieve Management, Marketing and Sales Executives, of complex details and advanced administrative duties. Analyze problems, determine approach, compiles and analyzes data, and prepares recommendations

· Head up the Go-to-Market project on behalf of the CE Sales DD DM division

· Executes special or continuous research and data analysis tasks

· Assist in the creation of Power Point presentations, for Internal, External and International meetings

· Gathers sell thru information for Dealers and Distributors to analyze for Sales and Marketing

· Understand, compile and enter forecasts from all Channels for Monthly PSI meetings

· Update and maintain a highly confidential pricing matrix for all channels, including seeking approvals for Meet Comps and SPA’s

· Manage and assist with the coordination of all Tradeshows, dealer and events and Sales Meetings

· Act as a liaison and coordinate activities between departments and outside parties. Contact personnel at all organizational levels to complete tasks

· Assist the training department with training for Dealers and Distributors and ensures that necessary resources are available to properly conduct training and assists in preparation of training materials and handouts

· Communication with customers, partners and internal employees on all aspects of the sale business. This includes but is not limited to the sales, availability and pricing

·  Works with cross-functional departments on special projects or events

 

Educational Requirements:

Bachelors Degree
