Job Responsibilities:
APC-MGE is looking to fill the position of Sales/Systems Engineer
The Sales/Systems Engineer will be accountable for assisting APC's sales force & partners in technical solution delivery and educating customers of the benefits of APC products to include power protection, power distribution, rack systems, air conditioning, monitoring software, etc. This position requires extensive knowledge of power and cooling in the data center. This position also supports channel partners in a technical capacity, developing appropriate technology-based IT physical infrastructure solutions to support business needs, training channel partners on APC solutions, as well as other duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical discipline, working knowledge of electrical power, air conditioning, excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills; knowledge of APC products and services, 3 phase UPS experienced desired, software experience a plus. All positions are initially based in West Kingston, RI and will become field-based after completion of training program.
