Execute the training needs analysis and evaluation for all internal/external customers. Design, develop, and update technical training courses and materials. Maintain and update curriculum that will help personal, global, regional and area growth. Responsibilities: Partner with Senior Management across the company to understand business requirements Develop and analyze relevant technical training to support strategic business objectives Manage associates Coordinators and schedule resources for all company training needs Develop and manage departmental budget Provide customer support including but not limited to written and oral technical support, design assistance, response to RFIs, development of sales tools, training and other support for employees Provide monthly training on product R&D Engineering - Summarize standards information from Engineering to provide to customer and sales Negotiate contracts for consultant training Develop new training courses with the introduction of new products or services Assess, develop, and plan implementation for selected learning formats Plan and promote classes Maintain expertise in subject matterQualifications: BS/BA in Organizational Development, Telecommunications, Engineering or related field. Masters degree preferred 10 years experience with Organizational Revenue in excess of $100 Million and solid knowledge of connectivity/wireless products Demonstrated significant initiative leadership Strong analytical skills with managing and analyzing financial data Advanced and verbal written communication skills Potential to lead strategic change to promote revenue growth Solid familiarity with connectivity/wireless systems Strong technical training background Data communication/electronics background RCDD, LAN certification a plusIf you are interested in applying for this position, please attach a Word resume to melissa@mrfairfield.com .
