And with an environment that fosters growth and development, Arrow is able to provide rewarding careers.At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Accountant in our Melville, NY location.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ·Timely and accurate completion of the monthly close process, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliation of account balances, determination of appropriate accruals ·Point person for all questions and issues relating to divisional P&Ls, involves heavy interaction and coordination with other accounting functions ·Proactive involvement with Field Finance team to solve problems and institute best practices ·Preparation of reporting and analysis for executive management ·Assist with various special projects to support Finance team's business initiativesMinimum Qualifications: ·Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance -Three years of Accounting experience ·Self motivated and proactive problem solver ·Excellent analytical and organizational skills ·Team player/ Strong interpersonal skills ·Proficiency with Microsoft ExcelPreferred: ·CPA or MBA ·Public accounting experience ·Proficiency with Microsoft Access We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, which includes tuition reimbursement, employee stock ownership plan, health and dental plans, 401(k), and a unique sabbatical program.
