Currently, we are seeking a Senior Accountant - Treasury in our Thorofare, New Jersey location.JOB SUMMARY:The Sr. Accountant - Treasury will perform lead accounting functions related to the treasury accounting area, including debt, investments, equity based compensation and hedging/foreign currency related accounting items, and lead special projects as assigned. Key responsibilities include: prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations; research and analyze account balances and activity; manage key accounts; participate in SOX-related activities including the review and refinement of process maps, walk-through participation, and providing documentation required for testing; prepare various schedules/analyses for external auditors; provide management reports as necessary; and assist Financial Reporting with quarterly and annual SEC filing.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Foreign currency accounting – including analysis and reporting of global currency exposures and accounting for the hedging related to this risk, Equity based compensation accounting Debt accounting and reporting,Retirement plan accounting and audit responsibility, Investment accounting for all investment activity within the company,Ad hoc projects as required.POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 4-5 years relevant work experience Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel Must be able to work well independently and be a team player Ability to manage time-sensitive projects a must CPA certification preferred, but not requiredWe offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including performance incentive plans, 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, tuition reimbursement and more in an employee-focused and goal-oriented organization.
