Senior Customer Application Program Manager for the Mobile business unit supporting pre-sales and product development programs. Responsibilities include system design specifications, customer design documents, sale team customer support, troubleshooting and initial technical customer support and coordination. This role is primarily focused on direct customer support for new product design wins, and customer issues while working closely with the FAE and sales teams as well as internal software, systems and ASIC teams. Responsibilities:Determine strategy and tactics for executing product solutions from pre-sales to production. Develop program schedules, milestones, SOW and deliverables. Plan and coordinate customer training as required by program. Translate customer requirements into specific tasks for all functional areas and proactively capture, track and drive all issues to closure. Communicate the issue status to the customer and internal teams. Correctly represent the urgency of issues and escalate issues appropriately. Work closely with the hardware and software engineering teams, the FAEs and the Sales team to resolve technical and logistic issues. Regularly communicate the program status and key issues to management. Develop a close working relationship with the customers development team and use creativity to find solutions to their issues. Minimum Requirements:5+ years in cellular phones or related industry Proven history of Project/Program Management of software and hardware products Strong technical background and experience working with customers in an OEM environment Experience managing global projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science preferred EOE
