Senior Data Analyst/Engineer (Contract)

Job Description
This person will support the GlobalTRACS and TrailorTRACS programs by developing software tools. The tools will be used to analyze data from these two systems to determine system wide performance and to enhance debugging. This person will work with project engineers to develop these tools. The output of these tools will be used by engineers and others to determine system performance.

Skills/Experience
This person needs the following skill-set.
(1) good statistics knowledge;
(2) excellent in writing shell script;
(3) excellent in writing perl script;
(4) good DB knowledge;
(5) excellent in C or C++;
(6) basic java knowledge is a plus;
(7) good knowledge of linux programming;
(8) excellent in excel spreadsheet;
(9) general wireless/call process knowledge, phone module knowledge is a plus;
(10) good knowledge of HTTP,PHP;
(11) good knowledge of software engineering;


Additional Skills
Good communication and teamwork skills are necessary.

Education Requirements
Required: Bachelor's, Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering
