Senior Engineering Technician / QUAL1873

Position Description:Perform Qualification and Qualification Readiness on new product, package and process. Product Qualification consist of performing HTOL, HAST, HTS, THB and Temperature Cycle. Qualification Readiness includes configuring HTOL and HAST Systems. Also perform ATE testing on the devices using Credence system. Qualifications:AA in electrical engineering or physics. Minimum 5 yr experience as Reliability, Product or Test Technician in a semiconductor company. Solid knowledge in electronics as well as circuit analysis. Hands-on experience with instrumentation and DC/RF characterization helpful. Proficient in comprehensive numerical and graphical data analysis using excel and other software tools. Must possess excellent skills in problem solving, team work, verbal and written communications. Experience testing RF components, such as Amplifiers, Filters, and Attenuators, using Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, and Network analyzers is desired.
