We are seeking a talented Sr. Financial Analyst. The ideal candidate will be an energetic self starter with excellent analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and creative out of the box thinking. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, the ability to work with a diverse group of associates and in cross functional teams. In addition we are looking for an individual who can identify and resolve complex problems, and is willing to take calculated risks.

Responsibilities:- Develop and complete sales analysis related to tracking and trending of sales, sales forecast, sales productivity metrics, promotional effectiveness, business initiatives and ROI
- Perform complex ad hoc financial modeling and analysis
- Communicate forecast and sales analysis to senior sales/finance management
- Create and manage performance and metric dashboard reporting
- Support annual budget process, focusing on US Commercial business
- Thinks and acts strategically in order to provide cross-functional recommendations and direction for sales efforts

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance with a minimum of 5 years technical, sales, and marketing analysis required or equivalent
- MBA preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Application, Multi-dimensional database management, Hyperion
