Senior Level Learning Specialist

Job Description
As a Program Manager for core programs in the corporate learning function, primary role is to manage professional development learning programs from concept to execution.

Responsibilities include:
- Implement and manage core professional training programs
- Conduct learning needs assessments using an internal consultant model and implement custom solutions based on results.
- Source, evaluate, and contract with vendors/ instructors. Participate with experts, vendors, and instructional designers to design curriculum to support learning strategies.
- Create and implement evaluation plans to demonstrate business impact of initiatives.
- Benchmark organizations and industries for learning best practices and process improvement.


Skills/Experience
- Demonstrated abilities in developing creative approaches to organizational learning and development.
- Able to analyze data and requirements and translate into resources that meet company and business unit objectives.
- Content expertise in organizational development, learning, and/or consulting techniques.
- Experience using a learning management system preferred.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business or related discipline or equivalent required.
