Senior Manager Sales Technology

Are you a passionate sales technology leader who can develop and implement a strategic vision/roadmap enabling the sales force to operate efficiently and cost effectively? Do you have demonstrated success in rolling out large integration, improvement and optimization programs for Siebel on-demand in a large, global, complex sales organization? Then take a look at JDSUs Senior Manager of Sales Technology position in Germantown, MD! In this newly created position, you will have the opportunity to leverage your previously used best practices, create/implement cutting edge programs and technology, and improve current systems and processes. You will be responsible for selecting sales tools, developing and managing the metrics dashboard which will be utilized by the executive management team, drive the integration and implementation of the Siebel on Demand system, and act as the key evangelist of all future introductions/adoptions of sales technology improvement and optimization programs. Utilizing the key performance indicators you established, you will monitor the success of the programs and make recommendations for refinements.QualificationsTo be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you should possess the following: * Bachelor s degree in business or computer science* MBA Preferred * 5-10 years of planning & management of technical projects* Clear understanding of data analysis and business systems analysis* Strong background in technical & business requirement studies, Cost Benefit Analysis, and ROI analysis* Vendor management and negotiation skills* 10 years of Enterprise Software, CRM and web 2.0 technologies applied to the sales function. * Has worked in the IT and Business Unit side and understands how systems are defined and successfully rolled out* Experience with a leading provider of CRM products, tools or consulting is desirable * Proven success in developing and implementing new processes.* Possess expertise in planning and managing complex cross functional projects with international business exposure.* Record of successful leadership of project teams.* Ability and motivation to prioritize and drive change quickly, while influencing people and organizations to conceptualize and implement projects to meet business needs.* Results-oriented, client-centric behavior with creative problem-solving skills and strong analytical skills.* Ability to comprehend at a detailed level as well as summarize at executive level.* Possesses a sense of urgency with ability to stay focused on goals and objectives* Ability to resolve conflicting priorities to optimize business results.
