Senior Mechanical Engineer
Evergreen Engineering is currently seeking a full-time experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer who will provide services for our rapidly growing list of clients.

Minimum Qualifications:
Technical skill set requires strong knowledge, proven experience and ability to manage design of the following systems including controls philosophy development:
- Mechanical wet-side hydronic systems
- Mechanical dry-side HVAC and exhaust systems
- Plumbing systems
- Fire Protection systems
- Process mechanical systems including bulk gas, compressed air, and vacuum systems
- At least 7 years experience, with progressively increasing responsibility utilizing the skills identified.
- Extensive experience in the semiconductor and hi-tech industry is highly preferred.
- Some travel may be required.

Skill sets required include proven experience & ability in the following areas:
- Leadership of a mechanical design team (engineers and designers)
- Managing systems design and implementation from concept design and criteria development through commissioning and turnover
- Familiarity with applicable Codes and Standards including ability to understand and apply Client's Design Standards.
- Reading and interpreting construction contract documents
- Interfacing with multiple disciplines, Project Management, System Owners, Customers, General Contractor, Sub-contractor, and AHJ Teams
- System Start Up, Commissioning and Integration Planning including no-impact planning
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Team player and self-motivated
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
Licensed professional engineer (PE) in California, Idaho, and Oregon - preferred but not required.
