Senior RF Engineer

RFHIC is a manufacturer of RF components and modules primarily for the CATV, wireless infrastructure and broadcasting markets. We have an opening for R&D center located at RTP area in North Carolina. While we have main presence in Suwon Korea, the new location in RTP is in search of highly experienced Senior RF designer/Scientist.

Specific experiences are outlined in below:

·  Strong design experience in broadband RF products with GaAs and/or GaN technology.

· Experience with MMIC tuning requirements: bondwire tuning, stripline tuning, SMT component tuning.

·  CATV Line Amplifiers

·  Digital TV Amplifiers

·  Strong design experience in MMIC or/and Hybrid: familiar with layout tools (Cadence or DW) and circuit simulator (ADS and other EM tools)

·  High Power (>10W) Amplifier Design and Development.

·5 plus years RF design experience



The roles of the senior designer are:Lead RF circuit design in MMIC/Hybrid Interact with customers to understand their design requirements Provide technical guidance for lower level engineering team Participate in testing and assembly planning for the designed product
