Senior RFIC Design Engineer (multiple openings)

 

Job Description:

The candidate will design and develop RF integrated circuits for broadband media processing products.  Will be a member of the RF IC design team with main responsibility for transistor level RF and analog circuit design and guiding the physical layout.  Will work with system engineers to define new products and IC specification; will work with product engineers and test engineers to characterize RF IC chips developed.

 

Job Requirements:

• MSEE/PhD plus experience in RF and analog IC design with excellent knowledge of bipolar and MOS transistors and RF/analog circuit design in BiCMOS and CMOS.

• The candidate has design skills in several of the following areas: RF circuits – LNAs, Mixers, PLLs, RF Filters, RF VGAs; analog circuits – Filters, IF/BB VGAs, Amplifiers, Peak/Power detectors, bandgaps and bias circuits, regulators, opamps and comparators.

• Possess of analysis skill in time and frequency domain and behavioral modeling using high level languages will be a plus.
