Senior Semiconductor Process Technician

Position available in high-growth Goleta-based start-up company. Five years experience in a semiconductor cleanroom environment is preferred - minimum of two years is required. Position will focus on development of GaN-based optoelectronic devices.  Responsibilities will include a wide range of process development tasks such as photolithography, wet and dry etching, and thin film deposition. Experience with metrology tools such as SEM, AFM, and X-ray diffraction is also preferred.  Competitive benefits with incentive-based stock options available.
