Business/Strategic Management Reference Code 5740882000005752 Email to a friend • Print this page • Save this job • More Jobs • About Deloitte • Senior Specialist, Benchmarking Project Operations Responsible for the management of benchmarking enrollment agreements including: - Work with clients and Deloitte employees to obtain contract signatures - Central document management - Updating required CRM fields related to engagement letter management - Coordination of legal review process with QRM and OGC - Manage audit client engagement approval process   Oversee Accounts Receivable and Invoicing processes - Ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner and within the guidelines of the client contract - Track and assess the accounts receivable process to ensure timely receipt of payments - Work with other Deloitte resources to support, execute and maintain the accounts receivable process and structure   Management of inquiry process including: - Processing of inbound (phone/e-mail) requests from external organizations - Updating status of inquiry response within CRM tool - Ensure any open items are resolved in a timely manner Maintain central reporting on the types and frequency Bachelors degree is required 3 - 5 years of relevant administrative and/or sales operations experience Experience working with corporate contracts and accounts receivable/invoicing Ability to develop relationships and work well with inter-company groups Experience with CRM tools Excellent PC skills and knowledge of business applications Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal direction About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
