Senior Systems Acceptance Inspector

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:  Perform source and receiving inspection. Will interpret and review mechanical casting and machine blueprints, electrical blueprints, wiring lists, quality standards, manufacturers' catalogs, customer specifications, and reference manuals to determine hardware quality, and status of mechanical/electronic hardware, parts, and assemblies.  Must be proficient in the use of inspection equipment i.e., height gage, calipers, micrometers, microscopes, multi-meters, and other inspection equipment. Must have 3 years experience in all phases of mechanical and/or electrical inspection. Must be willing to travel within the So Cal area.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:  Two-year college degree, or equivalent, in electronics, radio frequency (RF) or digital circuitry, or two years of military schools in RF or digital, or equivalent schooling, plus four years direct experience in quality control disciplines.  Ability to read, interpret and apply electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, specifications, quality standards and reference manuals.  Proficient in the use and application of all quality control test methods and equipment.  Proficient in solder inspection.  Good written and oral communication skills preferred.
