Senior Telecom Analyst

Requirements
Bose Corporation is seeking a dynamic individual to be a part of our Corporate Telecom Department as a Senior Telecom Analyst. In this role, you will be challenged with the responsibility to handle major projects as well provide strategic analysis. You will apply your exceptional interpersonal, Avaya technical, and operational analytic skills to research technology solutions, write compelling business cases considering both quantitative and qualitative factors, manage high-visibility telecom projects, follow best practices, and develop creative solutions. Additionally, you'll have some hands-on administrative responsibilities of G3R9.5 through S8700, IP telephony, vector programming, as well as, T1 circuits to meet the day to day needs of the call centers, in between projects. With a good knowledge of wireless/mobile and converged technologies, you will liaison with vendors in developing a strategic plan to implement Unified Communications.

Skills
- 10+ years of related telecommunications experience; 5+ years proven project management of business and technical solutions (of which 2+ years with Avaya ACM solutions.)
- 3-5 years of financial and/or operational analysis, measurement, and recommendation formulation in a related capacity.
- Call center support and project management experience required.
- Experience installing and supporting VoIP phones highly desirable.
- Knowledge of IP telephony, vector programming, as well as, T1 circuits.
- Knowledge of Avaya modular messaging and Microsoft OCS will be a big plus.
- Experience in implementing Unified Communications solutions are highly preferred.

Education
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, or mathematics required. M.S. and/or PMP certification is highly desirable.
