Sensor Process Engineer

Education: BS Engineering or Engineering Technology with minimum 5 years experience.

Special Skills: Extensive experience with high performance electronics and sensor manufacturing including process development, process fixture design, potting, casting, encapsulation, wire bond, mechanical bonding (i.e. adhesives and welding), PCB assembly, instrumentation and test.



Description: Responsible for improving existing processes and defining/developing new processes for the manufacture of fluid, physical and gas sensor products. The engineer will work with senior sensor designers to understand the design requirements and to jointly develop manufacturing processes, tooling and documentation. The engineer will also train and oversee assembly technicians and will be responsible for the pilot pre-production activities. Finally the engineer will be part of the product transfer team to coordinate any process related activities to operations. The Benefits:
