Ricoh Professional Services has brand new opportunities available where we are responsible for managing copy center, mail and office equipment fleet services for a well-established organization. The Site Manager?s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:? Supervising all account operations including personnel, equipment, service vendors and operational systems for copy, fleet management, mail, and shipping/receiving services.? Training, guiding and supervising all Customer Service Operators and/or Machine Operators to ensure effective account operation in a high volume environment.? Communicating consistently with customer to ensure that all services are performed with high degree of satisfaction.? Coordinating account production activities to meet all required Service Level Agreements.? Assisting with the development of and managing all site SOP?s.? Managing staffing plans including back-up during absences and temp usage.? Identifying opportunities within existing accounts for revenue and profit growth.? Oversee some smaller area accounts with respect to staffing and payroll coordination. At least 3 years of experience specifically managing a team in one of the following environments: retail copy/mail shop, corporate copy center, corporate mail services or government mail/copy services? At least 3 years of experience with counseling employees, presenting performance reviews, and making hiring decisions.? At least 5 years of face-to-face customer service experience with a proven track record of keeping customers happy.? Experience managing P&L is a HUGE plus!? Stable job history with no more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years.? High School diploma or equivalent.? Expert level knowledge of MS Office programs, Adobe suite of products, Mac operating platform, email, and Internet usage.? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar skills and speaking voice.? Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
