At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a Solutions Enablement Manager in our Alpharetta, Georgia location. To enable resellers to sell solutions to mid-market customers, Arrow is creating a team to focus on solutions enablement. The Solutions Enablement Manger will develop marketing plans, tools and education plans working closely with the Solutions Marketing Managers and Solutions Architects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Develop and execute VAR marketing plans and solution partner campaigns - Develop and leverage solution inventory: sales tools, solution end user profiles, business propositions for solutions, etc. - Create/coordinate solution training (sales, marketing, partners) in conjunction with overall/partner training where appropriate - Manage budget and Vendor Program funding/claiming as appropriate BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - Educational Requirement - BA, BS - Years of related experience - 5 years marketing experience - Training development experience - Communications skills - Budget/expense management experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Technology sales experience - Experience marketing infrastructure solutions (e.g. security, virtualization, storage management) We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, which includes tuition reimbursement, employee stock ownership plan, health and dental plans, 401(k), and a unique sabbatical program.
