We are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to be responsible for understanding, developing, and delivering systems/applications solutions to meet customer's information, technical, and educational needs. Other responsibilities of the Solutions Engineer include:?Disseminating plans and actions as a result of Market development initiatives in support of sales efforts. ?Identifying and auditing selected external classes (e.g., color management, networking) to determine suitability of divisional/field utilization. ?Reviewing the usage of documents in the business environment and developing solutions that can be implemented for management of all electronic documents. ?Improving the processing and workflow of documents throughout business environments, leading to increased efficiency and productivity ?Identifying risks and creating solution for company confidentiality, access, and back-up through hardware, software, and corporate policy development of document security. ?Providing technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, customer training, and delivery of professional systems consulting/integration services. ?Ensuring long-range initiatives are pursued in order to acquire capabilities in advance of trend/need. ?Providing training and guidance to less experienced team members. Qualified candidates will possess:?Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering discipline ?6 to 8 years of directly related technical support experience. ?MCSE Certification?Other certifications such as CDIA+, CCDP, etc. preferred. ?Experience in Document Management Solutions and in Office/Enterprise Printing Environments?Effective presentation and oral and written communications skills ?Solid analytical, critical thinking, time management, teamwork, and organizational skills?Solid technical knowledge of all company products, applications, programs, and related connectivity capability Ricoh Americas Corporation offers a competitive compensation package that includes base salary, medical/dental, 401(k), pension plan, and more.
