Sourcing Leader - drive continuous improvement at one of our biggest strategic suppliers

In this high impact role you will manage the ongoing relationships with our largest strategic suppliers in Asia (bilingual Mandarin Chinese & English beneficial, but not mandatory for this role), with a focus on driving continuous improvement initiatives. You'll interact with our senior executives on a regular basis and contribute to high profile major projects. We recognize the crucial role that sourcing plays in our overall success, and our supply chain program performs to high standards. Your success in this role could set you up to pursue other opportunities within sourcing or other areas of our organization.

To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have three to five years of related experience, including managing an account base comprised of a few large or many smaller third party suppliers. We're looking for a professional with demonstrated success managing the growth and performance of strategic suppliers in terms of cost, quality, and/or performance. While we would prefer that you come with international and/or retail consumer product industry experience, you will definitely acquire both in this role. You also will need outstanding financial analysis skills, negotiation experience, and the project leadership abilities to achieve goals via influence across functional lines.
