Position Description:Sourcing Manager, Services Sourcing Manager of Services will be responsible for optimizing indirect spend by leading strategic sourcing initiatives and developing strategies for sourcing specific service categories. The position will work closely with human resources, information technology, facility management and maintenance, furniture, office supplies, contract labor, travel, and other departments as required.Duties:•Creation and administration of Request for Information (RFI), Request for Quote (RFQ), and Request for Proposal(RFP),development of statements of work, service level agreements, with minimal direction•Implement a RFx documentation review process to ensure •Lead and facilitate supplier selection, analysis of supplier responses and quotes, and contract negotiations.•Develop strong relationships with internal business partners to engage them on a timely basis as appropriate to ensure agreements are consistent with company objectives and standards.•Implement a standard process to summarize the bid process based upon the due diligence performed to reach the final selection. •Assist in supplier performance reviews with internal business groups to measure compliance to documented performance levels, identify development areas, perform root cause analysis, establish corrective action plans for improved performance and delivery, and follow-up actions. •Develop and execute strategies to maximize costs by identifying and qualifying savings potential for specific spend categories. Requirements:•8 to 10 years leadership experience in sourcing, negotiating, market analysis, RFx development, and contract development in a corporate and/or consulting services environment.•Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related discipline•MBA preferred •Proficient in sourcing facilities related goods and services, construction, utilities, maintenance services, general goods and services, and other indirect categories.•Strong project management skills •Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously•Excellent written and verbal communications skills•Highly proficient in MS office applications•Ability to perform in a fast paced and goal oriented environment•Skilled in financial analysis and developing cost benefit models•Excellent analytical and problem solving skillsQualifications:Sourcing Manager, Services Sourcing Manager of Services will be responsible for optimizing indirect spend by leading strategic sourcing initiatives and developing strategies for sourcing specific service categories.
