Sr. Analog Design Engineer

Located in: San Jose, CA 95101 As a Senior Analog Design Engineer at Micron’s San Jose, California site, you will participate in the design and verification of a state-of-the-art NAND Flash product line. Your responsibilities will include high-voltage circuit, reference voltage, and regulator design and verification. You must be able to carry out full chip simulation of user modes and test modes. Additionally, you will work with the layout group to implement product design and with the product engineering group to characterize the product and take it to manufacturing. You will be required to understand the product specifications and data sheet in great detail.Successful candidates for this position will have: A minimum of six years of experience in transistor-level circuit design. Knowledge and experience with the high-voltage circuit design commonly used in non-volatile memory (preferred). The ability to use fast spice simulation tools and setting simulation vectors for full chip product simulation. Strong communication skills, to be used to work with various organizations within the design and product engineering teams. Basic knowledge of CMOS device physics.
