Sr Device Development/Integration Manager

Job Description:

The Sr. Device Development/Integration Manager is responsible for implementing strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluates criteria for obtaining results. Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operation. Supports CS10.5 & BCD0.35 Analog Technology and Product Development.

 

Job Requirements:

Expected to understand analog and power CMOS, biplar and DMOS devices and device physics, characterization and modeling as well as process integration, design rules, tooling generation and yield reliability. Ideal candidate needs to be goal-oriented self-starter as well as a team player with good communication skills. MSEE, PhD preferred with at least 10 years of experience.
