At present, Arrow Electronics Inc. has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst in our Englewood, CO location. As a successful Financial Analyst, you will partner with all levels of the regional management team to deliver the highest quality analysis and support assisting with strategic decision-making. The Senior Financial Analyst will be involved with all phases of planning, forecasting, financial control, reporting and analyses / financial modeling, and also participate on various projects for the region and division. The role requires that you interact regularly with branch management as an extension / member of their team. Excellent customer-service skills, the ability to add value, and exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills are a must. This role will have a high level of visibility with Senior Business Leaders within the organization. The Senior Financial Analyst will be required to proactively collaborate with their region in driving improved financial results as well as ensuring efficient and effective use of working capital. Minimum Qualifications: ·Bachelors degree in business-related discipline (preferably Accounting or Finance) ·Four to six year's related experience. Knowledge of and experience with accounting structure and cost center/ account management. ·Experience in the following areas: planning, forecasting, financial control, reporting and analyses / financial modeling. ·Intermediate Excel and MS Access skills. ·Possess strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills. ·Must have experience working in fast-paced team environment under tight deadlines and be able to manage multiple priorities. ·Strong customer service, interpersonal, and influencing skills. Preferred Qualifications: ·Two years' accounting foundation (e.g., accountant or staff accountant position). ·Experience with a large (Fortune 1,000) company or public accounting firm. ·Masters in Business Administration from an accredited program ·Experience partnering with executives' and influencing executive decision-making.
