Opportunity:



This technical leadership position manages the activities of the Amplifiers Precision/LVLP Design Engineering organization through several managers. The organization includes employees located in Santa Clara, The Netherlands and Italy. The organization is responsible for the design and development of integrated circuits including circuit and/or logic design, simulation and verification; testbox design, construction and checkout; evaluation, debugging and characterization of devices.



You will set goals, establish priorities, assign tasks, monitor and evaluate results. In addition, you will determine budgets and prepare forecasts. Promote strategies to team development and working relationships. You will work with general guidance/objectives established by senior management. Independently determines the best approach for achieving results. You will have the opportunity to participate with other senior managers to develop strategic plans and goals. You will be the decision on operational matters and ensure operations' effective achievement of objectives. Your decisions will have significant impact on achievement of goals which are critical to the success of an important business area. Leads and mentors professional/management staff.



Requirements:

Demonstrated leadership experience of a design engineering department required. Minimum requirements are: 12 years with with B.S. or equivalent; 10 years with MS or equivalent; or Ph.D. or equivalent.
