SENIOR PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager in Gloucester, Massachusetts, you will develop, drive and implement product strategy required to meet company’s Low Dose Products market share and gross margin goals. You will be involved with strategic planning, cost of ownership and value analysis for the Low Dose hardware and software products.
Responsibilities:
· Define product roadmaps that ensure product line will achieve competitive advantage throughout the product life cycle.
· Identify customer requirements, industry trends, and market segmentation to prepare market requirements documents (MRD’s) and develop full business case for investment and product requirements for success.
· Understand customer value models and how they apply to the proposed product solutions and how they are used in the customer environment.
· Drive consensus on and achieve support for product strategy and implementation requirements. Negotiate consensus product plans w/engineering.
· Ensure product cost, development schedules, and performance constraints are optimized in all development activities to best meet market needs and opportunities.
· Marshall products and product improvements through engineering, program management, operations, and support teams to ensure company’s goals are met.
· Develop and execute product marketing plans for new and existing products including product definition, pricing, positioning and promotion.
· Develop market collateral including white papers, datasheets, product profiles, and other sales enablers to sustain a successful sales process.
· Ensures all regional marketing and sales teams are equipped to win against the competition including designing and delivering training programs and selling tools.
· Engage with leading semiconductor manufacturers to form, test, promote, and build market demand for VSEA Low Dose Product offering.
· Provide content, expertise and source material to support marketing communications for collateral development, web site content, product demos, presentations, to effectively communicate the product value proposition to prospects, customers, field, partners, analysts and press.
· Develop and document comprehensive competitive analysis.
· 20-30% International Travel.
Experience:
· Understanding and experience in semiconductor device design, integration and testing. Preferred experience in the fab environment.
· Experience with TCAD semiconductor device modeling or equivalent.
Expert understanding and experience in the Semiconductor Manufacturing Capital Equipment market with high level of technical competence in semiconductor manufacturing.
. Expertise in Ion Implantation, device integration and process experience strongly preferred.
. Product Marketing Management with a proven track record of successfully bringing semiconductor capital equipment products to market and driving significant market share growth desired.
. Solid marketing experience with strategic planning, FAB analysis, cost of ownership, value analysis and experience working with semiconductor manufacturers.
. Minimum of technical undergraduate degree, plus Master of Business Administration or Engineering preferred.
· Self-directed, high energy manager who prefers working in a fast-paced environment addressing a marketplace undergoing substantial technological advances.
· A demonstrated ability to solicit customer needs and interpret market direction and requirements.
· Proficient at recognizing market opportunities, and articulating a complete business case to support investing in those opportunities.
· Extraordinary ability to articulate via written, visual and oral means a product’s value, competitive differentiation, and benefit to the customer.
· Expert understanding and ability to execute marketing processes including market requirements development, product launch execution, sales kit development, sales force training, and product promotion for semiconductor capital equipment.
· Adept at developing cross-functional relationships and influence and energizing an organization to implement product strategies.
