DescriptionWe are seeking a Project Manager that will be responsible for management and coordination of one or multiple projects across a multi-functional organization of development, operations, and marketing.Responsibilities include:Maintain the project level work breakdown list in a fashion commensurate with division standards Prepare all project management documentation according to internal PD&C process deliverable guidelines. This will include work-breakdown structures, meeting minutes, and facilitating product documentation through functional organizations. Maintain the project documentation in accordance with IS09001:2000 standards. Provide and deliver project progress reporting with management and customers. Coordinates project activity and status with engineering, operations, quality, and marketing functional organizations. Schedules project reviews and project design reviews. Insures proper functional organization entities are included in the review process. Identify plan conflicts in schedule, scope, and cost plans, and modify plan to resolve conflicts.Some domestic and international travel will be required.Required SkillsMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Administrative support background.Must have excellent organizational skills. Must be willing to interact and communicate with project managers, technical staff, operations staff, and third party companies to provide project management pre-approved direction, obtain project status, and oversee appropriate documentation project deliverables. Must be willing to travel domestically or internationally to customer offices, vendor facilities, or customer marine seismic crews (crew travel may require specialized marine safety training)Required ExperienceMinimum Bachelors Degree in a technical field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with MS Office software tools including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Project. Minimum of 8 years experience in an engineering project oriented environment. 2 years successful prior experience in a Project Management role Ability to perform autonomously once direction is provided Experience in an ISO9000 process controlled environment preferred. Must be capable of facilitating and leading project review and status meetings. Project Management certification from PMI is a plus How to Apply:
