Sr. Project Manager - IT / Oracle Applications

Job Description
Lead multiple projects from initiation to implementation in the IT Oracle Finance and Manufacturing applications area. Manage cross-functional IT and Business teams focused on process, application and system implementations. Identify project objectives, scope, resources and budget; develop project plans; direct resources; monitor tasks and risks. Manage communication and training activities.

Build solid customer relationships and execute project according to a standard PMO methodology. Responsible for deliverables such as business cases, project charters, project schedules, communications and training plans, status reports/presentations for stakeholders and executives.

Skills/Experience
Experience: Requires three to seven years managing large-scale Oracle and COTS information technology projects in the Finance and/or Manufacturing areas. Prior experience as systems analyst a plus.

Skills/Knowledge: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to successful implementation. Solid understanding of project methodology, software development lifecycles, testing methodologies, communication and training strategies.

Additional Skills
Understanding of information technology principles and issues; strong organization, communication and teaming skills; flexible and adaptable approach; goal and action oriented.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, Information Technology or related field preferred.
