The responsibilities of this position include:Plan, prepare and issue quarterly and annual reports (10-Q, 10-K, and press releases) to be filed with the SECCoordinate annual audit and quarterly reviews with public accounting firmResearch and apply accounting issues and new accounting pronouncementsSupport month end closing process by preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis Special projects that are likely to include mergers and acquisitions, changes in accounting, and automation of processes 2-5 years of experienceStraight public accounting candidates are encouraged to applyBS Accounting/FinanceStrong working knowledge of GAAPAbility to complete deadline oriented tasks with minimal supervisionDetail oriented as well as strong analytical skillsStrong verbal and written communications skills RESPOND HERE!
