Sr Sales AE Analog Mixed Signal San Jose

 Perform strategic sales activities and support technical sales campaigns to generate product sales. Work closely with Account Managers to identify strategic opportunities, prioritize them and help develop winning strategies. Develop an understanding of the customer’s needs and also of the competition’s technology and strategies. . Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations , technical evaluations/benchmarks and present results to customers. Maintain skills/knowledge in order to be a product specialist for multiple tools, while developing a solid understanding of the Custom IC tool set in the context of multiple flows. Develop application notes and demo systems to facilitate the adoption of new technologies. Communicate customer requirements and feedback from sales engagements to the Engineering and Marketing organizations for product direction/improvements.  Hands-on experience with Cadence’s analog mixed-signal design tools (Composer, Analog Design Environment, Spectre, SpectreRF, UltraSim, AMS-Designer, Design Framework II, Open Access, SKILL programming) is preferred. Experience with analog behavior modeling (Verilog-A, Verilog-AMS) and analog or mixed-signal IC design are highly desired. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a thorough understanding of IC design, strong problem solving skills and experience with LINUX and PC skills are required.
