Sr. Software Engineer - Platform Development

Duties and Responsibilities include typical Sr. Software Engineer requirements in addition to specific experience as defined belowTypical: Utilize requirements analysis to architect, design, develop and  implement embedded software that supports products, systems or sub-systems Produce appropriate documentation – requirements specifications, design specifications and block diagrams. Analyze and solve technical issues related to products, systems or sub-systems Perform engineering simulations and determine design tradeoffs as required to support product requirements Utilize engineering tools, concepts, practices and procedures as appropriate and required by the design process. Generate and achieve project milestones with direction from members of a SW Development team Manage SW configurations as appropriate via a SW revision control system Specific Design Experience: Working knowledge of VxWorks and Tornado embedded development tool suites.
