We also know that serving our clients and helping them and our people excel demands a diverse range of skills, talent, experiences and backgrounds.   Strategy & Operations Deloitte Consulting's Strategy & Operations Service Area works with senior management to help make major decisions and implement improvements that dramatically increase the performance of our clients' business by focusing on 'executable strategy' and by integrating industry and functional knowledge in corporate strategy, mergers & acquisitions, customer relationships, technology, financial management, supply chain, and operations.   Corporate Strategy Corporate Strategy thinking at Deloitte Consulting is built around three themes; a simple set of frameworks for considering the present, and potential future, situation; the need for aligning data that describes the issues; and providing practical experience that helps the various CxO functions relate to, and participate in, strategy development. To do this we use a variety of frameworks, including Intellectual Asset Management, The Innovator's Solution and Value Management.   Manufacturing is fundamental to economies around the world. Deloitte Consulting's professionals serve clients in various aspects of the manufacturing industry, including aerospace & defense, automotive & industrial products, and process industries such as chemicals, metals & paper.  Our network of professionals, experienced in serving manufacturing operations, bring a world of knowledge, an understanding of leading practices and a dedication to service excellence to our clients. - 10+ years of Corporate Strategy consulting experience, including project & people management - Demonstration of extremely strong quantitative skills (especially financial) - Familiarity and experience with key strategic frameworks - History of selling to and working with senior client executives in corporate strategy and marketing functions - Significant engagement experience (at least 5 years) within the Process Manufacturing market segment, such as chemicals, metals and/or pulp & paper - Deep understanding of Process Industry in terms of competitive dynamics, technology and business models. - Bachelor's degree and MBA required;  PhD a plus - Ability to accommodate client travel up to 100% - Desire to continue alignment with the Manufacturing industry - Ability to accommodate client travel up to 100%About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
