Deloitte Consulting provides services that help clients achieve their objectives and add value across the organization. - 10+ years in strategy & operations consulting services - Majority of engagement experience focused in the Oil & Gas market segment, either upstream, midstream and/or downstream - Business development responsibility of at least $1.5mm annually - Significant experience managing & leading complex projects - Responsibility for multiple project with at least $1mm in revenue for an aggregate of $5+mm annually - Experience with career development and performance management of counselees - Strong communication skills including presentation/proposal generation, as well as an ability to interact effectively with people at all levels within a team and client organization - Bachelor's degree; MBA strongly preferred - Ability to accommodate client travel up to 100% About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
