Industry Services Deloitte Consulting's Industry Services practice consists of our health provider clinical transformation/clinical information systems and revenue cycle services which are designed to assist our clients shape the evolution of the industry. We deliver our broad range of services through an integrated, collaborative approach between our practitioners, clients and alliances. We have built our practice around practitioners with significant years of industry experience as well as broad range of comprehensive solutions that are designed specifically to address the complex operating and technology challenges of the health care industry. Specific Experiences Would Include: Senior Manager level experience at a tier-one or specialized consulting firm, with extensive multifunctional knowledge of back office operations and corporate services. In addition, the candidate must be experienced in helping clients transform their organization performance in an enterprise-wide basis by leveraging a unique range of skills spanning: -Business transformation and operations improvement -Global restructuring and cost reduction -Shared services and/or alternative service delivery operations -Off shoring and outsourcing -Cost management and continuous improvement disciplines -SG&A strategy and assessment -General operations analysis, including process design and optimization, organization design -Functional understanding of ERP technologies, applications and requirements -Program design and execution management -Business case development and benefits realization -Change management and communications Impressive consulting pedigree, defined as eight (8) or more years of experience with a tier-one consulting or specialized firm. Demonstrated and proven track record for strategic assessing developing, selling, delivering and executing consulting engagements, particularly with respect to Business Transformation and Performance Improvement work. Experience in one or more industry verticals, including Consumer & Industrial Products, Life Sciences and the High-Tech industries. Referenced credibility with a proven track record as a respected consultant with regard to CXO level executives, as well as being viewed as "top producing" in his/her firm's corresponding practice area. An appropriate BA or BS degree is required; an advanced degree such as an MBA or advance degree from a top-tier program is preferred.
