As the role of finance evolves within an organization, balancing the need to be both a strategist and a steward, finance organizations will need to transform their processes, people, and analytic tools in order to manage these changes effectively.  These changes include streamlining finance operations by increasing the efficiency of the finance organization and improving the effectiveness of finance by integrating performance management and analytic applications, such as performance scorecarding, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities.   Our FM practice delivers a wide range of support to the CFO and the finance function, ranging from strategy setting and initiative prioritization to tactical initiative management and delivery. Candidates pursuing employment with us should have strong experience in driving change in several of the following areas:   -         Finance Transformation Strategy and Execution -         Performance Measurement and Dash-Boarding Financial Close and Consolidation/Financial Reporting Planning and Forecasting Activity Based Costing/Activity Based Management Design and implementation of Hyperion Financial Management and Planning -         Shared Services -         Finance Function Leading Practices and Benchmarking -         Business and Financial Transactions (mergrs, business integrations, spin-off, etc.) -         Finance Operations, including: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, TreasuryOur Financial Management Practice is recruiting highly talented senior consultants to work with us in delivering services to the office of the CFO. We are seeking forward thinking senior consultants who have experience working in or serving the finance and accounting organization.  Senior Consultants are involved in the design and implementation of custom, technology enabled business solutions. Sr. Consultants function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions. Responsibilities include, among others, defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementation. Sr. Consultants perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels. Sr. Consultants gain exposure to multiple industries and service lines within the practice while demonstrating anawareness of the full breadth of services offered by engagement follow-on opportunities. 4+ years of relevant industry or consulting experience required.
