We also know that serving our clients and helping them and our people excel demands a diverse range of skills, talent, experiences and backgrounds.   Strategy & Operations Deloitte Consulting's Strategy & Operations Service Area works with senior management to help make major decisions and implement improvements that dramatically increase the performance of our clients' business by focusing on 'executable strategy' and by integrating industry and functional knowledge in corporate strategy, mergers & acquisitions, customer relationships, technology, financial management, supply chain, and operations.   Mergers & Acquisitions Deloitte Consulting's M&A service line utilizes a full suite of consulting services to deliver comprehensive solutions for every part of the M&A lifecycle. We support companies in pre-deal M&A activities from helping clients develop and execute a robust M&A strategy to conducting thorough due diligence for proposed acquisitions to identifying and mitigating potential risks. Following transactions, we help companies quickly and efficiently integrate acquisitions into the organization to achieve maximum benefits.We also support companies engaged in strategic divestitures of businesses and/or assets. A successful candidate will have: - 7+ years of related experience, with a combination of consulting and industry experience - Bachelor's degree, MBA or advanced degree preferred - Willingness to travel multiple days per week - Proven leadership skills, with strong team-oriented interpersonal skills - Experience in the following areas: Divestiture, Due Diligence (Commercial & Strategic), M&A Strategy, Post-Merger Integration About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
