Within this practice, our Lean Operations offering helps clients remove waste, streamline processes, and meet the increasing needs of their customers.   Our approach combines "Lean Concepts" with the "Six Sigma" methodology, and looks at the entire enterprise from both a tactical and strategic perspective. We partner with clients to develop executable strategies that provide a balanced approach to simultaneously reduce waste and complexity while increasing value and reliability to obtain strategic benefits across a wide range of business challenges in both production and transactional environments.A successful candidate will have: - 7+ years of related experience, with a combination of consulting and industry experience - Bachelor's degree, MBA or advanced degree preferred - Willingness to travel multiple days per week - Proven leadership skills, with strong team-oriented interpersonal skills - Experience in the following areas:  Manufacturing Improvement, Tax Advantaged Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, Organization Design, Facilities Location/Relocation About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
