Visit www.tac.com/us for more information. Job DescriptionResponsible for performing checkout/commissioning and troubleshooting of software and hardware Security Control Systems. Coordinates scope-of-work issues to insure the end-user has a workable and accessible solution through understanding and complete knowledge of the Security Systems. Duties: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the primary duties.  Performs commissioning of Security  Control Systems to ensure proper operation.  Repair and reconfigure Security Control System equipment. Diagnose communication problems and install control devices and other components. Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.  Troubleshoot and verify correct operation of surveillance equipment, field devices, wire, cameras, alarms and doors among others.  Install, replace and re-commission devices, equipment and software. Assist in performing job site training sessions. Provides emergency and warranty service as required. Track costs associated with startup and commissioning to complete the assigned project on time and within budget. Other duties may be assigned  Job Requirements:skills and/or abilities required. An individual must meet the minimum requirements as listed in each *A 2 year degree in a related technical field required or related work experience*At least 2 years of related work experience required*Excellent understanding of Security Systems, Access Controls and/or other building or electronic control systems*Intermediate ability to use Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.*TAC product knowledge required*Excellent customer service, verbal and written skills in both English and Spanish. EEO
