Electrical Assembly Technician 

Must work from schematics, wiring diagrams, operational sheets, and pictorials or engineering model. Selects proper gauge wire in accordance with wiring diagrams.

Must perform cabling and harnessing.  Uses soldering irons, pliers, and cutters of various types, wire strippers and other standard wiring and assembly tools in sub-assembly and final assembly procedures.  Employs knowledge of basic electrical theory and its application to basic testing of wiring and assembly work.  Must be familiar with standard hardware practices and application.  Three to five years recent electrical assembly and wiring experience.



Machinist

Seeking qualified candidates with a positive attitude and ability to work independently on military and commercial products.  Must be able to set up and operate CNC mill or lathe/turning machines.  Work from blueprints. Perform first piece prove out inspection. Work from tight tolerances of +/- .0001. Experience with programming is also a plus. 





Sr. Engineering Technician

Summary: Position requires the ability to perform electrical tests and evaluation of complex circuits.

Responsibilities: Build or supervise the fabrication of breadboards and prototype units. Design simple circuits and test fixtures. Maintain accurate data logs. Assist engineers in the preparation of drawings and procedures. Assist in procurement of parts and material, follows up on part procurement and assembly of products. Work on complex assignments requiring strong decision making skills. Perform software maintenance and /or program development as required by the individual department.

 Experience / Education: Associate’s degree in electronics or equivalent and approximately 3-5 years experience testing and troubleshooting complex circuits or related work experience required.

Inspector

Description - Perform In-process, first piece inspections to commercial and Military specifications of Electronic products.
Use mathematics to convert blueprint dimensions and tolerances.

Work within the guidelines of drawings, schematics, blueprints, traveler's, quality directives, technical engineering specifications, customer requirements and Military specs.

Determine acceptance or rejection after inspection; Identify defective conditions and test failures and prepare all appropriate documentation.

Maintain accurate and up to date acceptance and rejection records.

Must demonstrate effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to instruct others effectively.

Minimum five years experience in Mechanical Inspection with a thorough knowledge and utilization of mechanical inspection tools. Must be computer literate.
