A great opportunity exists for a Senior Technical Marketing Engineer for our Portable Core Products Power Management Business Unit. The Technical Marketing Engineer's responsibilities will be focused primarily around product adoption for our target customer base.

Some of your primary responsibilities will include development of technical collateral for internal and external customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing ideas to product marketing and applications in the art of developing excellent collateral. The successful individual will be expected to bring a certain level of system level expertise with portable consumer electronics to continue developing expertise in new portable systems. This job requires significant customer engagement to gain knowledge of new systems and customer challenges. The individual should have strong technical knowledge of analog ICs and consumer electronics and possess significant customer engagement experience. There will be opportunity to develop regional engagement and growth strategies for the global customer base, which will require detailed market and competitor analyses.

This opportunity requires excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to travel extensively. Minimum requirements are: BSEE or equivalent and 5 years of relevant work experience or a MSEE or equivalent and 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have past marketing or applications experience with power and analog semiconductor ICs.
