Technical Trainer Our client is looking for 2 people for a project in Elkridge, MD RESPONSIBILTIIES: Design, develop, and conduct in-depth technical training courses for complex mail processing systems utilizing the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology. Also, research; identify required drawings, and write theory of operation lessons for complex systems that include electrical, mechanical, software, and networking subsystems.  Duties include task analysis, development of objectives, outlines, and plans, as well as supporting documentation, research and write theory of operations and maintenance procedures.  Must be able to deliver customer training and interface with engineering and customer personnel. QUALIFICATIONS: Engineering degree or equivalent professional or military experience in electronics or electro mechanics. Minimum five (5) years experience as a technical instructor, with CTT+ or equivalent military instructor certification desired. Travel to customer locations (domestic) is required on a periodic basis.
