Brief Overview:

Deliver the AMX University program and support to strategic locations as directed from AMX in Richardson, TX.

 

Must be able to travel extensively; specifically throughout South America, Latin America, Mexico, Canada and the United States as needed.

 

Essential Job Functions:

· Learn the program from Richardson, consisting of conceptual and specific activities

· Execute the AMXU program in strategic locations abroad

· Develop and execute an appropriate training schedule within the assigned region(s), coordinated with and approved by the department manager.

· Maintain consistency of the AMXU program and contribute to its ongoing improvement

· Deliver AMXU classes in English and / or Spanish as necessary

· Review certification exams as assigned

· Contribute to new curriculum as a Subject Matter Expert as assigned

· Provide English to Spanish translation of materials as appropriate, pending schedule & availability.

 

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience) preferred.

· Bilingual communication skills (English / Spanish)

· Technical experience with control systems.

· GUI Design / Human Interface experience.

· NetLinx programming required / ACE certification preferred.

· Ability to communicate effectively.

· Prior training experience preferred.

· Ethernet networking experience preferred.

· Ability to travel (75%).
