Essential Responsibilities:

 Perform efficient and accurate repairs and refurbishment of wireless handsets regardless of the difficulty of the repairTest and troubleshoot defective units to component levelAbility to apply knowledge of electronic theory and componentsExtensive soldering experience, particularly in surface mount devicesSound knowledge of cellular phone and product repair center operationsAbility to analyze and diagnose problems using schematics and other engineering advisoriesExperience in the use specialized computer assisted cellular testing softwareAbility to work in production atmosphere while maintaining quality standardsQuality control testingMust be able to recognize and communicate failure trendsProvide account of daily production performedMust be able to provide training to other employeesWillingness to work over time

 

  Requires:

 

·  2 years experience as wireless phone repair technician

·  Technical school for electronics technicians or Certified Electronics Technician.

·  AA in Electrical Engineering is preferred

·  Pre-employment drug / alcohol test and criminal background check.
