If you are a highly motivated professional with the talent we seek, now is the time to join Ricoh Americas Corporation ! *On-site post-sale installation, maintenance, and repair of company products and systems of moderate complexity, including hardware, software, and networking products *Supporting more experienced representatives on highly complex products and systems*Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventative maintenance procedures*Using diagnostic tools, service aids, and product schematics to assess and resolve equipment and system failures*Escalating non-routine issues to supervisor or manager*Maintaining current technical knowledge, certifications, and expertise on all product enhancements, technology changes, and new product introductions *3-6 years of directly related experience*High school diploma or the equivalent*Electronics or similar vocational training or equivalent experience*Comptia A+ and Net + Certification*Effective communication, time management, organizational, and analytical skills*Strong teamwork and customer relations skills*Knowledge of PC and associated software applications, and solid command of diagnostic tools*Knowledge of service organization practices and procedures Only those candidates meeting the above requirements will be contacted.
